I?m delighted to be speaking at Variety Events? Social Media Conference in Bracknell next month with some great advocates and successful users of the Social Web for business as co-speakers.
Adrian Moss interviewed me recently on my topic for the conference, the Social Customer, and we also got a chance to talk about WeCanDo.Biz and our new tools for using social media to broken introductions to potential new customers.
