Socialbakers found that brands don't even respond to 38% of questions asked on Twitter, and are taking 10% longer to get to the questions they answer than in the previous quarter. The report, which covers "Social Care" practices, shows that brands in finance are the most adept at customer service on social media, followed by airlines and telecom companies.
