There were New Year?s parties held globally to ring in 2013, few seem more bizarre than this soiree in Russia.

The video shows a man that is the spit of Fester attempting to show some New Year cheer with a buddy/family member who seems to like dancing and drinking and doesn?t look particularly useful at either.
Another woman is passed out on the couch as the men continue their odd celebrations in front of a Christmas tree with no decorations, in-keeping with the strangeness of it all.
Maybe the boys will get more numbers to their next party with this video doing the rounds online. We think they should stick to the Adams Family/Smashing Pumpkins theme.
